FLORENCE'S POINT OF VIEW
"B-Because I hate Mom now. She didn't believe you. Please, Florence, just take me with you," he begged me.
I shook my head and held his shoulders. "Arch, you can't. I don't even know how can I live outside this house all by myself, what more if I bring you with me? I'm not looking at you as a burden or an addition luggage, but I'm just worried of your safety. You're safer here, Arch," I explained patiently, hoping that he will understand my point.
"Besides, just because I will leave this house doesn't mean I'm going to stop being your sister. I will visit you someday, I promise," I continued.
However, he just shook his head furiously and wrapped his small arms on my shoulder.
"No, I hate them, Florence. They are both bad people. They hurt you, that's why I'm mad at them. Please, just take me with you. I promise, I will be a good kid," he said in between his sobs.
I heaved out a sigh and caresses his back to calm him down. "Are you sure, Arch?"
