They ridicule him and says that he may stay in the pack even though they planned to kill him before. However, fearing that they might kill him off, he escapes to the human city. 
He badly misses Natalie and regrets his actions. His wolf never returned and hence he succumbs to depression.

Things turned out to be perfect. The pack members gladly accepted Trevor as their alpha and as I expected, he started to rebuild the pack. I didn't doubt his ability and surprisingly, I no longer felt angry with him. However, at the same time, I didn't feel any kind of attraction either. He was just another wolf - and alpha who was leading a pack of werewolves in our kingdom.


After the spell was broken, Tina found out that her mate, Alan was no more. She seemed to be flabbergasted when she realised that he had cast a spell on her and fled the pack after leaving her to fend for herself.


Seeing that she was now on her own, she confessed to everything. She explained what they planned to do in the first place. They were truly trying to get rid of us, Trevor and I and then take over the pack. Yet, fate was not with them.
