The Lycan Bodyguard

As soon as the sun fell on the horizon, Vincent, Theo, along with some of the warriors made their way to the scarlet pack. They ran through the woods in their wolf forms. Soon they crossed the border of the scarlet pack. There they encountered a few sentries guarding the frontier. They got rid of those guards in no time and proceeded to the secret path to the dungeon.


There were no guards at the entrance. Everyone came to a halt for a moment, their minds linked. They were somewhat stunned. They expected to come across a few guards.


“Be careful. There must be a trap ahead of us,” Vincent warned everyone.


He took a cautious step forward, followed by his team. Several guards lunged at them as soon as they entered the dungeon. They got into a battle.


“Go and find Eugene. I will stop them here,” Vincent said via mind link with Theo while snapping the neck of one of the enemies.
