Natalia threw a file at Amy and shouted, "What is all this garbage? How long have you been working here? Huh?"


"Um…" Amy trembled under her lethal gaze. She had never seen Natalia lose her temper like this before. But these days, her boss often yelled and scolded the employees. She was frightened of her.


"I asked you something," Natalia snapped. "Why are you not answering? Are you mute?"


"No," Amy said with a shake of her head. Her voice could barely be heard.


"I… I am not mute." Amy cleared her throat and added, "I've been working here for the last three years as your PA."


"Then you should know how to keep the records." Natalia leaned over her chair and stated fiercely, "I think I should change my PA."


"No, no…" Amy shook her head again. "I will do it properly." She squatted and picked up the strewn papers on the floor.


Natalia sighed and went back to work on the computer.
