As Sherry spoke, Shila listened intently to each word she said. She felt relieved that Shila seemed to sympathise with her condition. But the question on whether to continue with her pregnancy or not plagued her, especially after the revelation of what happened to Anders.
She lamented that she shouldn’t have gone forward with the drug. Dr Connor’s words were particularly clear in her mind.
