Chapter 60
A tear slid down her chin as his car left the premises. She kicked the guards and they released their hold on her, her knees dropped to the floor and she sobbed, tugging on her chest for support.
The maids watched her through their weary eyes and mumbled some dumb words to themselves. Cleopatra wasn't bothered about who was watching her cry, her heart was carrying more pain than guilt. It felt as though it was tearing up.
"Hey doll, you can't keep hurting yourself. What's the matter?" Tristan who just walked in mustered in the most coolest voice. He had seen everything displayed before him and he knew what they argued about but not really in detail as he had watched from a distance.
He crouched to her level and brought out her whimpering face, staring warmly at her. She sniveled, strokes of tears falling down her cheeks, she just couldn't stop crying and it was embarrassing raising her head up to see a lot of people staring at her.
