After I asked him yesterday, he said he needed more time. To lighten up the mood – I teased him about calling me honey. Turns out, that was a weak spot – he seriously had no idea how to react.
“Maybe I went too far?” I thought as I stare at Walter as he performed his duties. He was watering the flower pot just beside my bed.
I look down to see his big behind, “Woah, that’s a man, “ I thought as I bit my lips – his behind looked extra juicy today.
Unconsciously, I was already grabbing Walter’s butt. “Ho-Ho-Honey?” He stuttered the words out – I forced him to say it.
“What are you doing~?” He asked as he hid his face from me.
“We’re married already, of course – we are supposed to do it,” I flirtatiously said as I grabbed him on the bed. I said we needed to sleep together from now on, but he said he couldn’t sleep because his heart wouldn’t calm down.
“You’re too cute,” I said as I brushed the stray hair from his face.
I put him beside me – he covers his face as I caress his hair. I can’t seem to get sick of touching his hair.
“Put your hand away~,” I whine, “I can’t see your handsome face.” He peeked from his hand and squealed.
“Miss, you’re too beautiful!” He exclaimed – I laughed out loud before taking his palm away from his face.
“I couldn’t see it last night, but your eyelashes are beautiful,” I said as I admired his long eyelashes. They were a tad bit darker than his hair, but they were long.
He looked so innocent as he looked up at me with his red face. I giggled as he pouted cutely, “This is so unfair.”
“What is?” I ask and he crossed his arms and faced the ceiling. “I called you honey, but you won’t even call me the same.”
My eyes widened before bursting into fits of laughter, “I’m serious here,” Walter said as he looked at me.
I stopped laughing and faced him – he refused to look at me as I kept nudging at him. “Honey~, don’t be mad anymore,” I finally said it – it was embarrassing after all.
He beamed and turned to me before engulfing me in a big bear hug – he had a much bigger build than I expected.
“How old are you anyway?” I asked – his muscles felt divine. I knew he was super tall, but I couldn’t tell; we met when I couldn’t stand anymore.
“I’m 27, ho-honey,” I chuckled – he still felt awkward calling me with it.
“Don’t you know the marital duties we have to do? You’re an adult already, baby Walter,” I remarked and he flinched.
“I-I know,” he mumbles and I push him to see his face. “You knew?” I thought he seriously didn’t know.
“We-We have to do the thing?” He asks and I nod. “Yes, we have to do the thing,” he looked like he was even more flustered than he was yesterday.
“Who taught you anyway?” I ask – he looks at me momentarily before answering, “You-Young Master Gerald told me,” he said and avoided my eye.
“Do you have constant contact with Gerald?” I ask – I can’t become complacent now. I’m not sure he just made me lower my guard.
“We-Well, he told me when they rode the car,” he said and I suddenly remembered what happened yesterday.
“That was why you were all dazed like that yesterday!” I exclaimed in realization – I thought that was something else!
He nodded slowly and I laugh to myself, “This man is the most innocent one I’ve seen.”
“You shouldn’t worry too much about that – when the time comes human instincts will kick in,” I said, and he nodded.
“Honey, I should go back to my chores,” he grunted as I lay on top of him. “No, you’re my husband now – you’re not a servant,” I repeated.
He seems to be slow to learn; he can’t fathom being my husband just yet. It’s not like I’m such an influential person.
“We can have another servant do that for us, you should stay put for now,” I said as I close my eyes.
I listened to his heart beating – it sounded like it was erratic. I look up to him, “Are you okay?” I see his flustered face.
“You should get used to this,” I say as I close my eyes and listen to his heartbeat.
Eventually, fatigue came over me once again as I slipped into dreamland.
~
I open my eyes to see the door slightly ajar – the light slipped in as I heard people conversing just outside the room.
I pat beside me to see Walter was nowhere to be found, “Wal- Honey?”
I rub my eyes as I looked around some more – “Where is he at this hour?”
The moon was visible from here – the only thing illuminating the room was the moon’s minimal light.
I slowly got off the bed and into my wheelchair as I try to find the source of the commotion outside – maybe Walter is in trouble with another conglomerate’s son or daughter.
It wouldn’t be too far-fetched since conglomerates are the ones to reside in these parts of the hospital – VIP rooms are most often the worst waste of space in the hospital.
I peek at the door to see several men dressed in tuxedos – they were standing around as I could see their boss standing in the middle.
“Chairman, how long do you plan to stay here?” I heard one of them ask and I heard the clicking of a lighter.
“Ugh,” I grunted as I smelt the smoke all the way here – my nose is particularly sensitive against cigarettes.
“Just until I get the most information about that woman – maybe get an heir from her,” he said and slowly his figure started to emerge.
“It’s easy to throw her away now that she’s crippled,” my eyes widened as I saw Walter – what was he doing there?
“Mr. Dean, Miss Rose has started getting impatient,” one of them said.
“Dean? Why would a Dean be here?” I ask myself and a wave of realization came to me.
“Jaughnn Hudcht Dean,” I muttered as I remembered the youngest billionaire to have existed in America.
The most influential conglomerate around – harboring a hundred times more power than my family. We can’t even reach a billion in sales.
We may be a multi-million dollar company, but we’re just that – far from a multi-billion dollar company owned by Jaughnn Hudcht Dean.
Now that I think about it, Jaughnn Hudcht Dean has never shown his face in public. Could Walter have been pretending even in front of my father and bro-
My train of thought was interrupted as I felt a heavy blow behind my head – the last thing I saw was a man wearing a suit carrying a baseball bat as his pose suggested he was just striking it.
