After their talk in the bedroom, they both went downstairs and surprisingly found Charlotte sitting in the living room. They approached her and Charlotte stood up to face them and an irritated scowl appeared on her face when she saw Cerise.


“Kayne, can you please help me to the infirmary? The doctor said he needs to do another check up on our baby today.” She said to Kayne with a flirtatious smile directed at him.


“Okay.” He reluctantly agreed and she beamed excitedly.


Worried that Cerise might feel left out and alone, he grabbed her hand causing her to look at him with confusion while he turns back to Charlotte with a smile.


“Cerise is coming with us. She’s my wife and I don’t want to leave her alone here, and also, she works at the infirmary.”
