She was pale and half soaked in the water when I look up and flashing a grin, I start splashing water on her.


“I knew it..” She yells, pissed at me.


“You are the worst…” She complains in a choked voice as she starts splashing water back at me but then I see her tears, she is weeping, but why? It was just a prank, no?


She steps out of the pool with shaky legs, I notice and then rush to her to check on her, what did I do wrong?


“Tessy…” I hold her wrist to stop but she looks persistent, “Don’t… Don’t talk to me.” then pushing me she starts to walk away from me still crying.


My mind goes blank and my heart tightened as I could see the way she gets hurt and scared because of my stupid prank, how foolish of me to scare her like this !!!


“It was a prank… I am sorry..” I hug her from behind to explain and calm down her nerves, except that I don’t see any way to calm her down.
