ANDREW POV:
I rushed after her. She gets into the elevator pretty fast and I notice her eyes welled up with tears.
Oh No…
A pang of guilt hit me hard and somehow I was able to make it inside the elevator.
The door closes immediately and I let out my breath. Tessa turns her back on me instantly, she is hurt, and she is sobbing. I don’t know if any of my words would console her broken heart.
I am out of words and then without thinking I hug her from behind. If she wants to cry then cry in my arms. Let me also suffer with her.
“Don’t cry, Tessy,” I whisper slowly while keeping my head on her shoulder.
She starts hitting me, venting out her anger and I let her.
The door of the elevator opens with a DING and I take her straight to her room. Once we get inside I lock it hurriedly. I don’t want Ann to barge on us making the situation worse.
“What?” Tessa asks loudly.
