Abby Brooks, who spent her life being single, had always dreamt of being a different case than everybody else—she wanted to have a child and raise that child on her own.
And one night, her dream was fulfilled when she met a brokenhearted, handsome man at a club. He was the perfect candidate in her eyes. It didn't take long before things got heated after several drinks, and they spent the night together. She felt bad for taking advantage of him, but then again, she swore to herself that it would be the last time they'd see each other. And as Abby thought, she had successfully fulfilled her dream of being a single mother.
Things took a turn when the old president that she worked for suddenly died, and it turns out that the heir is none other than the man she had slept with that night.

“How is she?” Sir Raphael asks, his forehead knitted in curiosity.


The first thing that boss asked me to do as i arrived in the company was to send a female doctor in Abby’s home. Not that i haven’t seen him do crazy things, but for a woman? I thought he hasn’t moved on from Suzy.


“She’s dead sir.” I joked, i inmediately took my words back when he sent a growl towards my way. “I’m kidding, kidding. The doctor said she’s not lying, and that’s she really needs a rest.”


He sent a look of disbelief, “How can a woman be so weak? Got rained a little and caught a flu?”


“Well sir, she is a woman. And it rained a lot yesterday.”


He shook his head, “i’m telling you, that woman always causes trouble wherever she goes. She needs a leash or something.”
