Abby Brooks, who spent her life being single, had always dreamt of being a different case than everybody else—she wanted to have a child and raise that child on her own.
And one night, her dream was fulfilled when she met a brokenhearted, handsome man at a club. He was the perfect candidate in her eyes. It didn't take long before things got heated after several drinks, and they spent the night together. She felt bad for taking advantage of him, but then again, she swore to herself that it would be the last time they'd see each other. And as Abby thought, she had successfully fulfilled her dream of being a single mother.
Things took a turn when the old president that she worked for suddenly died, and it turns out that the heir is none other than the man she had slept with that night.
And to make things worse, that man recognized her at first glance.
"You're Abby Brooks?"
"Yes, sir."
"Abby Brooks,"A grin appeared on his face. "Tell me why you disappeared after f*cking me that night."

But that doesn’t mean i’ll let him get what he wants. Using every bit of my strength, I pulled my hand back with so much force that even he didn’t expect it to come. 


We both looked at each other in disbelief.


“Fine, i’ll answer you ‘boss’.” I began, “I have my own needs. Is it wrong for me to attract some men to fulfill my desires?”


It wasn’t like me at all. I was the last person in this world that would succumb to worthless desires, and my history with men proves it. But recently, i’ve been using this excuse numerous times, that I somehow get lost in the thought that maybe I opened up something inside me that i’ve never discovered in the past.


He leans against the wall, and crosses his arms in frustration. “This is the last place you’d want to attract men, Abby.”


“You don’t know that. There are a lot of men here that attract me.”
