Abby Brooks, who spent her life being single, had always dreamt of being a different case than everybody else—she wanted to have a child and raise that child on her own.

As if his words was laced with black magic, i didn't feel a slight hesitation before placing my lips into his. I felt his body froze for a second before relaxing, his arms tightening more around my waist.


We've kissed before, but it never felt this good before. I felt like I was floating, my mind hazy while he continued to savor my tongue. I let out a slight gasp for air, for I had forgotten to breath for a second.


Holy shit...What the hell is going on? Did I just forget how to inhale and exhale?!


He grins, looking at me with amused eyes, "What would I do with you? You don't even know how to breathe during a kiss."


I felt my face flush in embarrassment. I tried to get away from him to avoid further humiliation, but he stopped me by forcing my chin to face him, and his obviously gorgeous blue eyes met mine.
