Abby Brooks, who spent her life being single, had always dreamt of being a different case than everybody else—she wanted to have a child and raise that child on her own.
And one night, her dream was fulfilled when she met a brokenhearted, handsome man at a club. He was the perfect candidate in her eyes. It didn't take long before things got heated after several drinks, and they spent the night together. She felt bad for taking advantage of him, but then again, she swore to herself that it would be the last time they'd see each other. And as Abby thought, she had successfully fulfilled her dream of being a single mother.
Things took a turn when the old president that she worked for suddenly died, and it turns out that the heir is none other than the man she had slept with that night.
And to make things worse, that man recognized her at first glance.

"Madam, please don’t make things difficult for us. We are just following orders." One of the personnel stated as he delivered the news to Abby. Abby on the other hand, knew nothing of what was to come as she waited for hours, stuck in the restaurant of where he had left her.


Surely Abby was determined to get out of the place, she had to stop Raphael from talking to Keith, or else it would put her secrets in danger. With that in mind, she took a knife from the table and everyone gasped at the sight of her. Then she held it against her neck.


"Call your boss! I want to talk to him!"


In a hurry, the people was quick to jump to her request. In seconds, a random phone was rushed to her side as soon as Raphael Hughes answers the phone after the guys told him about the situation.


["What are you doing, Abby? Put the knife down. Now."] He say in frustration.
