NAOMI’S POV
“You know, you have such a cute little Angel in your life. I don’t think you need anyone else. I can bet on my life that she is going be to be as strong as you.” Malina stated.
“I already know that, I am going to teach her things that it took me eighteen years to learn.” I answered her.
“And what is that?” Malina asked in confusion.
“To never depend on anyone. All my life, I was dependent on my father. He taught me everything, and I followed his every word without questioning him. I stayed quiet when he was wrong, I am not going to let that happen with my Angel. I will teach her self-defense; I will teach her that it’s okay to make mistakes and that she can always trust me and talk to me freely about anything, but most importantly, I am not going to force her for anything. I am going to be everything that my father never could be.” I promised myself.
“And I am going to be there for you, just like you were when I needed you.” She added.
