Andrew saw the nurse coming inside of the room where his grandmother was lying down. He left his brother who was busy talking on the phone as he followed the nurse.


He saw his mother was talking again with the woman, so he interrupted them from talking as soon as they entered the room. Andrew could see that his mother was so comfortable talking to the woman. It was as if she already knew her before. He could see the way that his mother held the woman’s hand and the way that she smiled at her. He couldn’t help but feel surprised.


Suddenly, his brother appeared from behind and then he spoke. He heard him introduce himself. It looked like the woman also caught his brother’s attention. He knew that his brother was handsome but there was no way that he would let him go near this stranger. This stranger to whom he had a weird feeling because of all the instances that she had been involved with his family.


He didn’t know if he was just overthinking but he couldn’t help it.
