I say coldly, but Bruce doesn't want to accept that rejection, so he turns to me and says, "No, I won't accept that! No one can reject me, and you can’t run away from me and back to that bloody Colten!"
I could feel the intense pain from my organs, which is the punishment from the goddess. But I refuse to go back to The Dark Wolf Pack with Bruce again, when he refused to save my brother, it was all over between us. So, I repeat my rejection again! Even though Bruce is bearing more pain, he insists on his decision, and screams, "No, never!"
I prepare for my third attempt of the rejection, now I could barely stand up due to the extreme pain, but I managed ro remain standing with the help of Colten, and I say to Bruce steadfast, "Bruce, the Alpha of The Dark Wolf Pack, I order you to accept my rejection!"

Trapped Between Alphas

To Alpha Bruce’s disappointment, I don’t answer his question. With the way in which he treated me over a necklace, I don’t want to imagine how angry he would get if I told him I was thinking of Colten. I look away from his angry eyes and out at the tree’s, he didn’t have to say anything for me to know what he was thinking. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife, I honestly think he knew I was thinking of Colten. Does he know that Colten is also my mate?


Somewhere on our helicopter journey, I fell asleep. I have had a rather hectic evening. I spent hours serving Colten’s party, which feels as though it was days ago. I was kidnapped by those dumb idiots, now I’m on my way to Alpha Bruce’s pack. I’m awoke by Alpha Bruce, which does make me jump from surprise.


“We need to get off” he tells me, I snap my eyes open looking at the surrounding area, this doesn’t look like a pack, but an airfield.
