I say coldly, but Bruce doesn't want to accept that rejection, so he turns to me and says, "No, I won't accept that! No one can reject me, and you can’t run away from me and back to that bloody Colten!"
I could feel the intense pain from my organs, which is the punishment from the goddess. But I refuse to go back to The Dark Wolf Pack with Bruce again, when he refused to save my brother, it was all over between us. So, I repeat my rejection again! Trapped Between Alphas

After dinner, we begin to make our way back to the room hand in hand. I have to admit that I did really love the dinner, after he told me I was allowed to start working at the hospital, it made me happy. I could finally get back to doing what I loved, maybe this place will start feeling like home. We soon enter the room where as the door closed, he attempts to kiss me but I move my head away. I still wasn’t in the mood to deal with that, yes I loved the dinner but it didn’t make up for what I learnt from Florence. I could see the frustration on his face when I did so, he grabs me by the chin and forcefully moves my head to look at him.


"What exactly is going on? I assumed you'd already gotten everything you wanted for tonight?” he asks looking me dead in the eyes as he spoke, which honestly, caused tears to prick my eyes as I thought about it.
