Chapter 30

Before noon the next day, the death of Topher had already spread like wildfire, shocking those that knew him to the core. It was difficult to believe that someone as energetic and alive as him could eventually die. Topher was known as a very rambunctious kid, so it was a slap to everyone’s face that he had just reached the end of the line. Even worse, how he had died. Everyone had made plausible suggestions and it had been surmised that he had died on his way to Bloomfield Hills. His car had somersaulted violently causing him to break his neck which was the principal cause of his death and not the fire.
