The 'Druid's Tower' gloomed in darkness, save for the flickering torches that barely lit it. And housed at the center of a rotunda in the Druid's Tower, was a very large wooden grey table known as 'The Council' (with the alphas of the different packs in Michigan seated about it). 
For generations, serious matters had been brought and settled before The Council. But was it the case of this present matter? 
A mischievous werewolf had killed not one, not two but three alpha werewolves, leaving the council wondering what he might decide to do with the amount of power he has gained.

 The bomb Penny dumped on Bale was just too enormous for him that he didn’t even know how to react. It turned his insides into a whirlwind of rioting emotions, overlapping each other. He was confused, scared, angry at himself, and at the same time worried, amongst some other emotions he couldn’t find the right word for. “How had he not seen this?” He questioned himself. Thinking back, the signs were obviously there. But how had he not noticed them? He had been foolishly waiting on some cliche that he didn’t notice Jane — the only person who had truly been there for him. Knowing this truth now, he understood what he had to do. He had to confront and apologize to her.
