Stephan knitted his brows in confusion as he moved his eyes from the tattered cabin in the middle of nowhere, to his phone again, wondering if he was in the right place. And after he was done cross-checking, he entered inside, moving cautiously. He still doubted that this messy abandoned cabin was indeed Cecilia’s hideout. Even worse, It was ominously dark in there, but he managed to trace his way to the living area, where he found a cloaked Cecilia patiently waiting for him.
“I don’t appreciate you wasting time. Time is a resource we don’t have now” she greeted him when he entered the living area.
“I came as fast as I could” he gave a short reply. There wasn’t much to say anyway. He could tell Cecilia wasn’t in the mood to be patronized.
