“Just focus on holding the walls back as long as you can. I’ll take care of the rest.” Asura’s voice was steady as she summoned an ice board beneath their feet.

Art looked away toward the dark tunnel ahead, a faint smile crossing his face. “I’ll leave it to you, then.” He closed his eyes, concentrating deeply.

The ice board lifted slightly, hovering above the ground as Art braced himself. With Asura’s guidance, they shot forward at the exact moment Art used his magic to push against the tunnel walls. His veins pulsed visibly under his skin as sweat gathered rapidly. The ancient magic that controlled the walls was fierce, resisting his force with relentless strength.

He was putting his all into this and could feel his mana rapidly reducing with each passing second.

‘This is... intense. Who could’ve set this trap?’ Art’s mind raced, but he kept his focus, digging into his magic reserves as the walls strained against him.
