The Truman Show?

In an instant, Alexander's head felt as if it had been heavily struck by a hammer, causing a fierce dizziness that made it seem as if countless stars were appearing before his eyes.

It took him quite some time to regain his senses. He stared at the familiar figure on the broken tombstone in front of him, staying silent for a long time.

"Young man, were you a friend of this person?" An old man who was clearly visiting to pay his respects to a relative asked curiously as he passed by.

Seeing that Alexander remained silent, the old man sighed regretfully and said, "Such a pity, this boy lived upstairs from us and was a good child. He was unfortunately chosen and died terribly. After his death, only his grandmother was left and she passed away a few days later, unable to bear the blow."
