Chapter 123 - Liberty(Part 2)

"This looks awfully fancy for a place that's located down beneath a literal graveyard," I remarked in bemusement as we reached the bottom of the stairs, Rende swiftly scurrying away before her transformation wore off.

"I know, right? The Vizeros spared no expense in building our hideouts for us, and the fact that they were able to do so unnoticed by the public, and especially the cops, speaks volumes about the level of influence they have in this country," Replied Kesix, as he led the way.

The stairs leading down here were a bit narrow and steep, plus super dusty, so I wasn't expecting much from this hideout. Suffice to say, I was wrong.

This place looks even fancier than the Unity mansion. It's like a massive facility, full of corridors and rooms, with the walls, ceiling and floors looking like they were reinforced metal.

"Yeah, no way building all this was cheap, it must have cost a fortune," I responded, as I tapped on one of the walls.
