Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

However, Alters are a minority in this world, and are discriminated against severely. Initially believe that he doesn't possess any powers, the protagonist soon realizes that he has inherited an ancient power, a power that only one other being has previously possessed in this world.

Black Blood, the power that had originated in the Progenitor of Alters, the very first human to develop powers in this world, and from whom all existing Alters are descended from. 

Determined to avoid going through the strife and hardship of his previous life, the protagonist decides to keep his powers hidden and strive to live a peaceful life in this new world. 

But it doesn't last long, his peaceful life is shattered and he gets thrust into the cruel reality of this world, a world wracked with prejudice and conflict. And it soon becomes apparent to him, that any peace he had hoped to find in this world, he would have to fight for...

"Finally, it's about time," I remarked with a sigh, as I unbuckled my seat belt and got onto my feet, stretching my arms up.

"We should hurry. I saw several plumes of smoke rising up all across the city while the plane was making its descent, we have no time to waste," Responded Wick grimly.

We then rushed out of the plane along with the others and into the airport as fast as we could, using Unity's influence to speed our way through security before heading for the exit.

It's been a little over half a year since the last time I was in Cahgo, but it's felt like forever...I didn't think I'd be returning here so soon, especially under these circumstances.

"What's our plan? Do we head straight for the mansion?" Inquired Parmila with a frown.
