IS IT YOU, XIAO HEI?

After leaving Youshan Hall, Yu Ming's destination was his pavilion which was quite far from the hall's grand building. Hence, he needed to slightly lift his robe while half running towards the place, and upon arriving at his residence, he immediately entered the building before closing the door tightly.

He went to the back room of the building, and there was a window there. Upon opening it, he turned his gaze to survey the backyard of the residence, and then he whispered, "Is that you, Xiao Hei?"

Only a whisper escaped his lips, but he was sure that "Xiao Hei" would be able to hear him if "Xiao Hei" was here right now.

He anxiously waited for a reply as he continued to stare at the back area of his residence, and he finally heard a flapping sound that grew louder and louder as if the flapping object was closing in on him.
