Insecurities

The sky was once again covered in those dark clouds that had become a norm for Seraphina in the Shadow City. When she first arrived there, she thought the dark clouds were due to bad weather and she would soon see a sunny day, it wasn't until her third day when she finally found out the truth - the sky of Shadow City had been like that for hundreds of years.

Since the people of the Shadow City hadn't been in the sun for centuries, they all had pale skin. The more Seraphina spent time among them and interacted with them, the more she found herself wondering about the reason that caused these people and the city to end up in such a state. Everyone seemed nice and kind. Yet, they all were suffering through such a cursed fate.
