A Monday full of Work

The evening arrived way quickly than Seraphina had anticipated. She couldn't even recall how the entire day went by so quickly. It almost felt like she blinked and Saturday morning turned into Sunday evening.

"Are these the tasks for next week?" Lucian asked as he climbed up into the bed and settled down next to her.

"They are." Seraphina answered as she passed the system's screen to him so that he could take a better look at her work plans for the coming week. While he got busy in looking through the said tasks, she took her time to admire him.

He just showered and his long silver hair was damp. Water trickled down his hair to his collarbone, making its way further south. She found her throat suddenly becoming dry as she took in his alluring profile. She had to force her eyes away from him to keep her thoughts under control.
