Sorcery and Alchemy

As Eve finally emerged from the confines of the cave, the toll of her injuries became painfully evident. Her once determined expression was now masked by pallor. She struggled to maintain her balance; her weakened body succumbing to the effects of blood loss.

Supported by Lottie and Marian, Eve struggled to maintain her footing.

"Ah, finally," Marius's words reached her ears. "Someone came out!"

Struggling to keep her eyes open, Eve battled against her overwhelming exhaustion. But the weight of her fatigue proved insurmountable, and her vision dimmed, veiled by the encroaching darkness.

Soon enough, the world around her became distant and hazy as she surrendered to the need for rest.

When she opened her eyes again, the sound of birds and the smell of blooming flowers greeted her. Confusion furrowed her brow.

Was she dreaming?

"How could someone survive that?"
