Chapter 126

Davien's P. O. V

Hearing Silvia was at my pack spelt nothing but trouble. Kian noticed my discomfort and ended the conversation, with a promise to pick up where we left off later at night, then he urged me to leave, promising he could get to the apartment on his own.

I would've taken him with me to the pack, but I wanted him no where near Silvia or the Silverfang pack as a whole. Same went for Gwendolyn, she shouldn't have to face Tyson after getting rejected for being a rogue.

"Call me once you get home." I said, watching Kian alight the car at the nearest bus stop.

He checked the time for the next bus then hurriedly circled over to me, "I'm not a child." he hardened his tone, but I took his wrist and kissed it firmly.

"Tell me that when you turn twenty." I said, he rolled his eyes, "That's almost three months away." He pointed out, and I don't know if it was just me, but I picked up a hint of sadness from him.
