As I watched the events unfold before my eyes, flashes of my childhood came flooding back to me, as a sense of Deja Vu overwhelmed me.

After my failed attempt at trying to kill Kian, I found myself developing a soft spot for him, and behind mother's back, I would sneak in his room and play with him. Of course, I was no longer close with Agnes, because she was the reason my family was broken, but baby Kian was my blood related brother and I loved him.

For the next three years, Kian and I became close, close enough that it drew mother's attention one day, and she decided to test this out for herself.

It happened the week after father had found out that Kian wasn't an Alpha but an Omega. I was nine and recently had learned about the ranks in the pack, so I knew why he wasn't happy. But I was happy, because it meant that Kian and I could play together, and he wouldn't have to be with father.
