What the hell was she talking about? I sat back down, "Why do you mean she's alive?"

"I'm saying that your mother didn't die in that fire. If you want to know what happened back then, then promise me. Promise me that you'll get me out of this hellhole. It's only a matter of time before they pronounce judgement on me. I need to make it out of here." She said with a deranged look on her face.

"You're not making any sense whatsoever. And if you don't start making any, I'm going to make certain you suffer the worse penalty there is." I made certain that my threat was sent across.

But she didn't waver. "I swear to you Kian and if you want proof then have a talk with the council leader. But for now, you can go check out her grave if you want some certainty, check it for yourself and see if I'm lying or not."
