In the aftermath of the ambush, Ryu, Issei, and Aria were left shaken and uncertain.
They knew they couldn't afford to let their guard down, not even for a moment, if they wanted to survive in this world of powerful and often unpredictable gods.
Over the next few days, they spent much of their time in their chambers, discussing what they should do next.
They knew that they couldn't stay hidden forever, but they also knew that they needed to be careful about who they spoke to and what they said.
It was during one of these conversations that Aria had an idea.
"What if we found allies?" she suggested. "Other gods who believe in our ideas and who could help us fight against the opposition?"
Ryu and Issei looked at each other, considering the idea.
It was risky, but it was also their best chance of survival.
...
They decided to start with Lugh.
He had proven himself to be a powerful ally, and they knew that he shared many of their values.
They approached him one evening after dinner, explaining their plan and asking for his help.
To their surprise, Lugh agreed immediately. "I've been thinking about this myself,"
he said.
"I believe that there are many gods out there who are ready for change, who are tired of the old ways and who want to see a better world. I can help you find them."
And so it was that Ryu, Issei, and Aria began their search for allies.
They started by talking to the gods they had met during the Assembly,
seeking out those who had shown an interest in their ideas.
They were careful not to reveal too much, but they were also clear about what they stood for and what they hoped to achieve.
...
They approached Thor, the god of thunder, who had been intrigued by their ideas during the Assembly.
He was initially skeptical, but after several conversations, he agreed to join their cause.
They also spoke with Ganesha the Hindu god of Wisdom.
He had been hesitant at first, but after listening to their vision for a new world,
"Your ideas are very good...they will help mortels. i am always with the side of goodness and i will help you in your standing"
he agreed to join forces with them.
It wasn't easy.
Many of the gods they spoke to were skeptical, or outright hostile, to their ideas. They were suspicious of the new generation of gods, seeing them as a threat to their power and their way of life.
But little by little, they began to make progress.
They found gods who were willing to listen, who were interested in what they had to say. They formed alliances with gods from all over the world, from all different pantheons and backgrounds....
They spoke with Apollo, the Greek god of the sun, who was interested in their vision for a more inclusive and diverse world.
They also approached Anubis, the Egyptian god of the dead, who was intrigued by their ideas about the afterlife...
"At first I thought you were nothing special but after hearing your thoughts I believe in you and I am ready to stand by your side"
he said...
...
And as they did so, they began to realize that they were not alone.
There were many gods out there who were just as passionate about change as they were, who believed in a better world and who were willing to fight for it.
CRACK !!!
"Ahh...I thought no one would stand by us but maybe I was wrong"
"God has come with me but till now not a single one of you is standing with me..."
"I am angry with you...yup all of you,
I talk to you but you don't answer...."
