A game

Just then, they heard a voice behind them, "Looking for me?"

They turned around to see the translator, now dressed in a different outfit and with a wicked glint in his eye.

"Hyy...Loki, what are you doing here?"

Ryu said....

He had a guess that it might be Loki because only he can do such a powerful magic...

"Well well well...i guess i have been found out"

"I'm sorry to say, but I'm not actually a translator," he said, chuckling.

"I'm trickster god, or rather God of mischief, Loki, and I love causing mischief."

Ryu clenched his fists, "What are you playing at?"

The trickster god grinned,

"I've been leading you on a wild goose chase this whole time! I've taken you to the wrong places and caused chaos along the way."

Issei stepped forward, "Why would you do that?"

The trickster god shrugged,

"It's all in good fun! But now, I have a challenge for you. We're going to play a game of charades."

Ryu groaned,

"Charades? That's your idea of a challenge?"

The trickster god nodded,

"Yes! It's the perfect way to communicate without words. And if you win, I'll tell you everything you need to know to complete your mission."

"Wait a minute...you are using your magic since we stepped into this world and at the same time we were unable to understand a word by peoples despite being a god."

Ryu continued....

"Are you perhaps messing with our minds?"

he twiched his eyes...

"Oh yes, it was nice isn't? could you believe, it is me because of whom you are not able to understand anything here....i am quite awesome isn't?"

Loki chuckled...

"Well it can't be helped....we will play along"

.

.

.

They reluctantly agreed, and the game began. But as they acted out different phrases and words, they quickly realized how difficult it was to communicate without language.

They tried to convey simple concepts like "water" and "friend," but the locals just looked at them blankly.

Loki laughed and jeered as they stumbled over each other in confusion and frustration.

"This is impossible," Aria exclaimed, throwing her hands up in defeat.

Ryu gritted his teeth, determined not to let the trickster god get the better of them.

He racked his brain, trying to think of a way to convey their message.

According to the game they have to play, they had to find a way to talk to the common people...

All of them was feeling defeated

Suddenly, Ryu had an idea. He gestured towards Issei, then held up one finger. Issei nodded in understanding and stepped forward, holding up two fingers. Aria caught on, holding up three fingers.

The locals looked at them in confusion, but the trickster god's eyes widened in realization.

"You're counting!" he exclaimed,

"One, two, three! You're trying to communicate numbers!"

Ryu nodded, "Exactly. We may not speak the same language, but we can still communicate with numbers and gestures."

Loki chuckled, "Well, I'm impressed. You've certainly earned my respect."

He gestured and they all found themselves in the same room before, then he gestured towards a nearby table, "Come, sit. Let me tell you what you need to know."

As they sat down, there of them explained that they had been sent to this world to retrieve a powerful artifact that had been stolen...

"The Devin dragon said that he need a powerful artifact to lit up that world, but since he was alone and he MUST gaurd the portal so he was unable to do the task..."

Ryu explained....

he was unwilling to do this be he HAVE to do...

"You must retrieve the artifact before it falls into the wrong hands," loki warned, "But be careful. These thieves might be skilled and dangerous."

Ryu nodded, "Thank you for your help. We'll do our best to retrieve the artifact."

The trickster god grinned, "I have no doubt that you will. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have other worlds to cause mischief in."

With that, he disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving Ryu, Issei, and Aria to begin their quest....

...

As they left the temple, Ryu couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. They had just encountered a powerful god, and he had warned them of dangerous thieves. They would need to be careful if they were going to complete their mission.

But for now, they had a goal in mind. They set out to find the thieves and retrieve the artifact, determined to succeed no matter what language barrier or other obstacles they may face....

And so, they embarked on a new adventure, full of twists and turns, with no idea what awaited them in this strange and foreign world.

As they made their way through the city, Ryu couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the vibrant colors and architecture around them. The buildings were adorned with intricate designs and beautiful mosaics, and the people on the streets were dressed in colorful clothing and bustling with activity.

"Wow," Issei breathed, "This place is amazing. It's like nothing I've ever seen before."

Aria nodded in agreement, "The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly impressive."

But their sense of wonder was short-lived, as they soon realized they had no idea where to even begin looking for the thieves.

They walked aimlessly through the streets, hoping to stumble upon some clue that would lead them in the right direction.

"This is hopeless," Ryu muttered, "We'll never find anything at this rate."

Issei shook his head, "Don't give up yet. We'll find a way."

Just then, they heard a commotion coming from a nearby alleyway. They cautiously approached, peering around the corner to see a group of men arguing and gesturing frantically.

"They look like they're up to no good," Aria whispered.

Ryu nodded, "Let's follow them and see where they lead."
