CHAPTER 18 - CRAZY FOR YOU

Helena took a deep breath before entering the banquet hall. She wasn't sure if Elias would capture her scent, but as soon as she stepped inside, everyone turned their heads on her.

Her heart pounded when she felt the gazes of the guests dancing over her. Emma assigned her to serve the table where Elias and his friends were seated. As she walked toward them, she saw Elias staring at her, and she could see a wild, dangerous glitter in his eyes.

She didn't take her eyes off him. For some reason, she was drawn into his amber eyes, as if he was burning her with his desire. She knew everyone was murmuring and chattering with each other, but she couldn't hear a word from them. For a moment, she felt like it was just Elias and her.

"What do we have here? I know everyone in this castle, but this is the first time seeing you here. Are you a new servant?" A man in a blue royal robe blocked her way.

Based on his looks, he was around thirty years old. Quite young for a werewolf. She knew he wasn't a Lycan because his aura was a lot different from Elias. She wasn't interested, but she had to greet him out of respect.

She smiled and gently bowed to the man. "Indeed, I am. I arrived a week ago." She said.

"Your scent, it's different." The man started sniffing her, making her stomach growl.

She wanted to run away from the man as she was already feeling nauseous by the way he acted toward her.

Her eyes strolled toward Elias' direction, but to her disappointment, he wasn't there.

She then felt the man's hand grab her waist, pulling her closer to him. His breath smelled a mixture of garlic and rose wine, making her want to vomit.

No one dared to stop the man because lust was a natural instinct of a werewolf. But it wasn't just one man who started to get closer to her. Her eyes bawled when more men surrounded her.

She was trapped and she couldn't escape. She hated being touched by these men. She thought of a way to get out of the banquet hall, but two men were already holding her hands.

Her eyes voluntarily closed when one of the men showed his fangs and leaned toward her. Was she going to be marked or get bitten? She thought inwardly.

She remembered the pain of Lucian's bite. Would she experience that dreadful night again? She asked herself.

But a loud howl and an angry growl echoed inside the banquet hall. The lights turned off and all she could hear was the screams of the women near her.

When she opened her eyes, she was surprised to see a bed of roses around her. She wasn't at the banquet hall anymore.

"What the hell are you trying to do?"

She was startled by a man's firm voice. It was Elias. He was the one who saved her from those men.

"I—I don't know what you're talking about. I am here to—"

Elias suddenly grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer to his body. She gulped when she felt his warmth. She wouldn't deny it, Elias was making her crazy.

She wanted him. The wolf inside Helena's body wanted the man before her eyes. She wanted to be devoured by him, but Amelia's will was bigger than her lust.

"You rejected me and then you showed yourself looking so alluring and sexy. What are you up to? Would you rather be marked by those hungry wolves than me?" Elias gritted his teeth.

She glared at him with cold eyes. "Why? Do you think you're superior to them because of your status? Should I choose you instead of them because you are the crown prince?"

Elias stared back into her eyes. He was trying to read what was on her mind, but he couldn't.

"Then what do you want from me? Would giving up my status make you happy? Tell me! I am so crazy for you. Can you feel it, Helena?" He asked with his lustful eyes.

Her eyes widened when she felt his hardened flesh between her thighs. She had already seen it, but it was different when she felt his huge thing poking her.

"You ask me what I want. Then prove to me that you are worthy. I may be a servant and I already crossed the line when I rejected you, but I will do it again. If you want me so badly, you have to work hard to get me. I don't care who you are, but I am not an easy woman." She said.

Elias clenched his jaw. He looked at her pretty face as if he was memorizing every detail. He stopped and stared at her lips which were slightly apart.

She wasn't supposed to do it, but she wet her lips with her tongue, making Elias lose control. He grabbed the back of her head and leaned forward to kiss her.

She didn't know kissing someone could make you drown in different ecstasy. He tasted so good like a fine wine—sour yet sweet with a seductive mouthfeel.

She didn't realize that her hands moved and wrapped them around his neck. Elias deepened the kiss, pushing her slowly into the garden wall.

When she felt his hand lifting her skirt, she pushed him gently away from her. She bit her lip and shook her head.

"No. I can't be one of your women. So, please stop." She whispered.

Elias took a deep breath to calm the beast inside him. Then he stole another kiss from her.

"You can't deny the fact that you want me. You feel the same way, Helena."

"But that doesn't mean that I have to accept you. You are the Crown Prince of Elysium. You should be with someone with a higher status." She said.

"No. I need you. I want you. I will do everything to make you my woman." Elias growled before pressing his lips against hers.
