Forbidden Beginning

Despite Alayna's attempts to reason with her father, he refuses to listen and insists that she

leave the house. Her brother tries his best to convince their father, but unfortunately, his efforts are in vain. With no other option left, Alayna is forced to leave her family's home. She rents a house of her own and starts working part-time to support herself. Despite the challenges she faces, Max stands by her side, frequently visiting her and providing her with money, food, and home supplies to help her sustain herself. Alayna is grateful for her brother's support, and it gives her the strength and determination to navigate her new circumstances with resilience and independence.

After a period of three months, Alayna's brother manages to convince her to rejoin college. With his support, she gathers the courage to return and starts attending her classes again. Her friends also came to hang out with her, providing her with much-needed companionship during this difficult time. Despite facing some instances of bullying and mockery from some people at college, Alayna remains resilient and unfazed. She realizes that completing her studies is essential for building a better future for herself, and she is determined to stay focused on her education despite the challenges and setbacks she has encountered.

Six months pass, and Alayna successfully graduates from college. She secures a house job at one of the top hospitals in the city, a significant accomplishment. Three months later, the day of her delivery arrives, and she feels immensely nervous. She reaches out to her friends, seeking their support as she heads to the hospital. The surgeon who is scheduled to operate on her reassures her, knowing that Alayna works at the same hospital and is familiar with the potential complications. Despite her medical knowledge, Alayna's worries about something going wrong weigh heavily on her mind as she prepares for the surgery.

She wanted to have a normal delivery, but she was facing a medical condition placental previa. Her doctors recommended her to go for a caesarean. Everything was going smoothly, until she started bleeding excessively, and needed a lot of blood. Doctors were trying to save both her and the baby. The nurse came out and told her friends who were waiting outside the Operation Theatre that they needed to arrange a lot of blood. Her friends called her brother and informed him of the situation. He rushed to get there soon. He was able to arrange the blood needed but her condition was still critical.

Max called their parents, but they did not answer the phone and they never showed up at the hospital. After 5 hours of struggle doctors managed to save her. She was sent to the I.C.U because her condition was not stable. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy. The nurse placed the newborn in the nursery, and although Max refrained from visiting the baby in person, he inquired with the nurse about the infant's well-being. Max stayed with Alayna until the visiting hours. He would diligently visit her every day, meticulously reviewing her reports and consulting with renowned doctors from around the globe.

After three days, her condition stabilized, and she was moved to a regular ward. When she regained consciousness, she didn't inquire about seeing her baby. Instead, her friends informed her that her baby was remarkably beautiful, with the same blonde hair as hers. They asked if she wanted to see him, but she declined. Two days later, her friends brought the baby to her room.

As soon as she laid eyes on her baby's face, memories of that fateful night flooded her mind, and tears streamed down her cheeks. She longed to hold and gaze upon her baby, but she couldn't bring herself to do so.
