This story is about two mentally broken people who cannot give one another what they want, even though deep inside they wish they would find solace in each other, thus, although there is no "real" romance, they still manage to form their own twisted connection, and they don't really mind it.

<p>The headache was almost unbearable. It was so strong, Ah Yeon felt a dull, pulsating pain spreading all across her forehead every time she tried to breathe. Her whole body felt heavy as if it was made from lead or carved from stone, every little move was tiresome. She knew she was awake but she could not bring herself to open her eyes just yet, but after a few more minutes of idle and almost motionless lying around, Ah Yeon decided to make an effort and open her still-burning eyes.</p>

<p>The sound of a familiar cheerful voice helped Ah Yeon wake up completely. She turned her head to her right and saw Lee Min Hyun lying next to her, his shining eyes running up and down her face. It was definitely strange to see his face right after opening her eyes and now that she was thinking about it, she was not even sure where she was or whether it was day or night.</p>
