A Deal

That deep, seemingly unfamiliar voice belonged to someone she did not like but knew all too well. And he was definitely the last person Da Hye expected to run into today.

"Yang Min Seok? What a... surpsise."

The man smiled politely, then looked around, and after a few seconds of hesitation, sighed and silently sat down behind the table that Da Hye was about to leave. The woman, acquainted with Min Seok's dignified yet annoying ways, rolled her eyes and sat down as well.

"It's been how many years already?"

Asked Min Seok while gesturing for the waiter to come to their table.

"I don't know, I never really cared."

Da Hye carelessly pushed the fresh glass of cold water placed before her by the waiter, waited for her companion to order a cup of black coffee, then glared at him with a rather irritated look in her sharp eyes, and continued,

"What is it about, anyway? Why are you here?"
