Just then, Housekeeper Qin came out and called, "Young Madam, you have a phone call."

"Who is it?" Bai Xiao took this opportunity to scamper into the living room.

"It's Third Young Master Liang."

Bai Xiao's face instantly soured as she snapped, "I'm not taking it!"

After all the commotion, Bai Xiao felt thirsty. She made her way to the fridge as if on her own turf, "Nanny Wang, do we have any fresh lemons? I want to make some lemon water."

"We have them. I bought them early knowing you like them," Nanny Wang came out of the kitchen beaming, "Young Madam, rest up. Let me do it!"
