Like Thunder on The Ground

[KAWAI]

[FIVE DAYS LATER]

"Again," Tamiko insisted as he looked at Akila who was currently seated on the truth seat, and tied up with the compelling role and getting his tenth dose of the truth serum.

It was almost like Tamiko was trying to make an honest man out of Akila for the past five days. He wanted to get the answers he needed and frankly, he wasn't about to compromise.

"You need to stop, Kaito. You will kill him if this continues. We need to focus on scouring the free lands at the moment," Lord Sadako tried.

Tamiko growled at his uncle, not giving a shit about how disrespectful that sounded. He hated what was happening and he hated the way that things had gotten. He couldn't believe that this was what he had been reduced to.
