The Chosen One: Flames of Sorcery

Lady Isabella was led to the middle of the court after being dragged out of the Prince's room by guards. Her gown was torn and her hair was a mess. Her eyes were wide with fear and her face was pale as the court members stared at her in shock.


The Queen stood up from her throne and addressed the people with great authority. "Lady Isabella has attempted to murder my son, Prince Nefarion. Such an act is a grave offense and will not be tolerated. She will be punished by death."


The people murmured among themselves as Lady Isabella's husband, William, fell to his knees begging for mercy for his wife. 


Queen Nadia ignored him and signaled for the executioner to be brought forward.


Prince Nefarion, however, had other ideas. He stepped forward, his eyes filled with evil intent. "She tried to kill me mother," he said. "It's only fair that I'm the one to end her life."
