Chapter Fifty-Eight

Violet (POV)

Once we went down I sat next to my dad and uncle Carlo asked, "How did they take the news?"

"The wedding news better than I thought," I said

"And the baby news?" Dame asked

"I couldn't tell them," I said

"Well this should be fun when you tell them at the wedding," Nick said

Today is Wednesday and I'm making sure everything is ready for the wedding before my family arrives

"Aunt Vicky, can you please call the florist and make sure the flowers will be delivered on time so our people can put everything in their place?"

"Violet relax everything is already settled and will be there on time and I will go Friday night to see if everything is ready and then Saturday morning I will make sure everything is in their places," aunt Vicky said to me

"Just take a break, love, why don't we get you and the baby something to eat," Ralph said

"Fine but want Chicken paprikash," I said and walked out of the room and into the kitchen

"Okay love help me make some will you?" Ralph asked

Ralph sat a bord food in front of me and I started eating after I started eating the doorbell ranged.

I continued eating when someone hugged my leg. I looked down and saw Griffen

"Hey my little prince," I said and pulled him to my lap and continued eating

"She love's me more," Griff said and suck out his tongue

I turned around and saw my family standing by the door. I sat my food down and put Griff on my hip and greeted everyone

"Hey guys," Ralph said nervously

"What did you make it smells delicious," Luca said

"Chicken Paprikash," Ralph replied

"Cool, don't mind if I do," Luca said and took my plate and Ralph's eyes and dads went wide

"Luca put the plate down now," Ralph said

"Why?" He asked and took a bit of my food

"What's wrong?" Emilio said as he entered the kitchen

"Luca just took Vi's food and took a bite," Theo said

"Fuck okay," Emilio said and he slowly backed out of the kitchen but stopped when I looked at him

"Luca give Vi her food back now please so we can all still live," Emilio said

"Huh?" Luca said confused

"Emilio tell my dear brother what I almost did to you when you took my food away," I said smiling

"Luca lit the plate down," Emilio said

"Okay," Luca said and put an empty plate down

"Fuck Luca ran," Dad said

He didn't move until he saw me grabbing a knife and ranking after him but Ralph grabbed me took the knife and put it on the table

"You can't run with a knife, here I'll give you a new full plate," he said and gave me a plate of food

I narrowed my eyes at Luca who's hiding behind Dame and said

"Next time I'll kill yah,"

I turned to Ralph kissed his cheek and smiled as I started eating again

"What just happened?" Leo asked

"She likes her spicy foods," Ralph said nervously

"Your hiding something," Matt said

"You're here," I year my brothers yell and they hugged everyone

We all sat down and started talking after a while we all went to bed

Today is Friday, my Aunts, Grandmothers, Ms. Natalia and I have been spending the day at a spa relaxing.

Yesterday we decided to have a family day we all went out to a restaurant and we went to a movie and then headed home and spend the rest of the day talking

In our tradition when a couple gets married they have to spend the night before the wedding apart.

So Ralph and the rest of my family men are staying at the Roman mansion while the ladies and I stay at the Rossi mansion.

Tomorrow morning while we get ready the boys will see to it that everything is ready for the wedding

Right now we're heading home. I was with grandma A and aunt Vick in the car.

"When are you going to tell them about the baby?" Aunt Vicky asked

"Well I was planning to do it after the wedding," I said

"I think you should do it before the wedding," Grandma said

"Yeah I guess," I said

"So tomorrow is the big day you're getting married and you're telling the family you're pregnant," aunt Vicky said

"Yeah," I said and looked out of the window

Once we stopped at home I went to my room and lay on my bed. I video called Ralph since I missed him

"Hey love" he answered smiling

"I miss you," I said pouting

"I miss you and our baby too,"

"Baby?" I heard Grandpa M ask.

"Oh, shit," Ralph said as his face paled

"Mr. Knight I can explain," Ralph said

Grandpa took the phone out of Ralph's hands and looked at me before asking me with a little hope in his voice, "You're pregnant?"

"Yeah we were going to tell you after the wedding tomorrow," I said

"That's wonderful Vi I'm so happy for the both of you, I am going to end this call now because you are not supposed to see each other," he said and hung up

"Okay now it's just me and you guys," I said as I rubbed my belly

I got up and showered and got into bed I slowly let the darkness consume me.

Today is the day I woke up feeling great well except for the morning sickness.

After I got dressed aunt Vicky came into my room and helped me with my hair and then aunt Cam came in and did my make up

After we were done we went downstairs as we walked down the stairs my dad, grandfather's, and Dame came through the door

"Wow," Dame said and they all looked towards me

"How do I look?" I asked

"You're stunning sorella," Dame said (little sister)

"Thanks is everything ready?" I asked

"Everything looked perfect, shall we go?" Dad said and asked

We all got into the car and I put my hand on my stomach. After a little while, we got to the place where the wedding is taking place. Everyone was already there once my family got out and took their place the music started

Everyone stood up and looked back to the car.

"Are you ready?" Dad asked and I nodded my head

He got out and helped me get out I wrapped my arm in his and we walked towards the front where I saw my handsome soon to be husband

He smiled and looked me up and down. Once we got in front dad let go and gave my hand to Ralph

"Welcome everyone to this beautiful wedding today we all took off in our routines to witness Raphael Roman and Violet Hope Rossi Knight join their lives in the union and blessing marriage.

To all their guests, you have known them your whole life or just got to know them, some of you watched them grow up, some went to school with them, some works with them. You guys are here to witness their happiness come true because you all mean something to them.

A wedding is often the day when couples miss the people who are no longer with us but it's also the day you will remember because you spend it with loved ones.

The years will come and go and you'll laugh together, cry together and always love each other, you'll be the best parents you can be and you will grow old and wise together.

If anyone has an objection and a reason they should not be together speak now or forever hold your peace." The priest said

Nobody objected so the priest went on

"They will now say their vows, Raphael repeats after me, I Raphael Roman take you, Violet Hope Rossi Knight to be my wife. I will share my life with yours, build our dreams together, I'll support you through times of trouble, and rejoice with you in times of happiness, I promise to respect and love you and give you my loyalty,"

I repeated those exact words smiling at her and putting a ring on her finger

"Bride repeat after me, I Violet Hope Rossi Knight take you, Raphael Roman, to be my husband. I will share my life with yours, build our dreams together, I'll support you through times of trouble, and rejoice with you in times of happiness, I promise to respect and love you and give you my loyalty,"

She repeated and put a ring on my finger

"By the power vested in me I now announce you, husband and wife, you may kiss your bride." The priest said and Ralph kissed me passionately

After we kissed we went to greet our guests.

After making our rounds we lead the people to the tables.

As we sat down Oscar stood up and said, "Good evening, if you're here today and don't know me by now, then you're probably at the wrong wedding," he said and everyone laughed

"Well for those who don't know me I'm Oscar Raphael's brother and best man. I'm not so great with speeches so I'm keeping it short.

Violet welcome to our family you are an amazing girl and very smart we are lucky to have you like our new sister. For once my brother made a good choice," he said and everyone laughed and I giggled

"But in all angsty, I'm proud of you brother for getting such an amazing girl to stay by your side," he said and a tear fall from my face. I quickly wiped it away as my dad stands up

"Hello and welcome I'm Ian, Violet's Father. I've known Raphael since he was born he was always a smart kid and he loved to get into trouble but I know that he will take care of my little girl and love her because he knows what I will do to him if he doesn't.

I've also known his parents for a long time, Sebastian and Natalia. I've known Sebastian for almost most of my life since we grow up together and has been best friends since forever. I want to thank you two for raising such a wonderful boy.

It's kinda funny because when Violet was born my wife would always joke about how one day Raphael and Violet will get married, I guess she was right about that.

To Violet and Raphael may they live happy lives and love each other until the end," he said

Ralph whipped my tears away and said, "I love you"

I looked at him kissed him and said, "I love you more,"

"Okay it's time for the Bride and groom's first dance," our DJ said

We walked to the dance floor and started dancing.

"Ralph?" I said

"Yes, my love?" He asked

"We need to tell my family I'm pregnant," I said

"You want to do it know?" He asked

"No after everyone leaves I'm just scared about how they will react," I said and he kissed my head

"They will love you even more and try to protect you," he said

"You're probably right I'm just a little nervous,"

"Oh love come on we should have fun it's our wedding day,"

After I danced with Ralph I danced with my dad, uncles and grandfathers, and a few of my older brothers.

I got tired really quickly so we called it a night, I just said goodbye to my last guests and now Ralph and I are walking towards my family to tell them.

"Hey guys we wanted to tell you guys something," I said getting their attention

"What is it, hun?" Grandma Olivia asked

"I'm pregnant," I announced

"Oo my God that's wonderful news I'm so happy for you," aunt Cam said and hugged me so did everyone else

They kinda handled it better than I expected. We all started talking when Darius ask

"Can we go home I'm tired?"

"Sure let's go," Dad said

I said goodbye to my family and said I will see them tomorrow again. Ralph and I got into a limo and the limo took us to our new home

"So I kinda have a surprise for you," Ralph said as we sit in the back of the car

"Really?" I asked

"Yeah," he said and kissed me

"What is it?" I asked as the car stopped

"Wait here then I'll show it to you but you have to close your eyes," he said

I closed my eyes and Ralph helped me out of the car and when he said open your eyes I opened it and saw a beautiful house

"I sold my old house and bought this one it's close to our families houses and it has more room. I also put a playground in the back for our kids," he said bring me to tears

"You did all that so we can be close to family," I said crying

"Oh love I'll do anything for you and our baby and right now it's to be close to family," he said wiping away my tears and kissing me on the head
