Brief Introduction of the Present 10 Heralds (Recommended to read Chapter 3 first)

Kurai - The oldest Herald still living up to this day even after a thousand years due to having omniscience granted by the mask. The one true holder of the Mask of Creation.

Lunar - Her real name is unknown, and is the most secretive of the ten. She is a mystery because she ascended the rank of the Heralds just recently yet no one knows where she came from. Moreover, she already ranked 2nd. The current holder of the Angel's Ornament.

Hannon - Head of the organization, Thunder Cloud. He wields "Raijin", the Mask of Calamity. The Herald with the most combat prowess in terms of destructive capabilities. A calm Ruler who does not pick unnecessary fights but when he does, he always wins.

Bishamonten - One of the oldest of the Heralds due to omniscience, living for almost five hundred years. She proclaimed herself the God of War. Wherever she goes, chaos follows. Hence she wields the Helm of Discord.

Shuza - The Tyrant of Hiroshima. He rules with an iron hand, prioritizing strength above all else. Despite his character and what he had done, he wields the Helm of Reverence.

Yoshimune - Also known as the Wanderer. He doesn't have his own territory or organizations. Instead he journeys to different lands hoping to learn more through experience. He is an outstanding blademaster and is the holder of "Tengu", the Bird Mask.

Shimono - Another herald granted omniscience by her mask and lived for a couple of two hundred years. A herald that tried to live a normal life, yet became a tragic tale. The current holder of the Frigid Mask.

Akafuyu - A fair and wise ruler of Fukuoka. She treats her citizens fairly although she can be a bit naive due to her young age. Her father established the "Swords" which she then inherited and is now its current acting Supreme Commander. She wields the Helm of Fervor.

Kirisame Magnolia - Current head of the Magnolian Business Empire, the largest group of business enterprises in modern Japan. The only herald that publicly shows up in the open for publicity. On the other hand, he never showed his mask to anyone.

Miko - A shrine maiden and the current wielder of the Fox Mask usually used for Shrine ceremonies. The Herald with the least combat capabilities, but has a unique ability.

*Three of the current Heralds (Hannon, Shuza, Akafuyu) are ruling their own territories, while the others are in seclusion, taking care of their own business or on a journey.
