Masks. They hold strange powers, given to those who wields them. Among thousands of them, Ten Powers rises as these Masks holds concepts that can only be described as God-like. They are called, the Ten Heralds.

Kiyoto is a young man who finds himself wearing a damaged, wooden-carved mask which he can't take off for some unknown reason. To add to his confusion, aside from his name, he cannot seem to remember his past life after waking up. He will then find himself involved in fierce battles and events that will help uncover the mystery of the Mask he is currently wearing...and it's underlying purpose of Change.

The Mask of Change

Spring is the season of bloom. It is all about new beginnings, new chances…a symbol of bringing about life. The Cherry Blossoms are said to be the instruments that carry the hope of those who believe in the said concepts.


As this season symbolizes many things, there is one concept that comes to mind when the people of Yamanashi look at the falling Sakura leaves: Reawakening, the wish to start anew, to give life another meaning…to rematerialize dormant and lingering emotions.


This authority of the Fox Mask is the main reason that it entered the Ten Powers of the World.


To add, all the previous holders of the Mask, from Miyaki up to Komura, had their spirits stored in the Great Tree they were serving back then as they left the world. They were the Great Spirits that were told in legends that bless the rituals and guard the Sacred Sanctum.


Now that it has come to this point, all the spirits of the previous holders have gathered in front of the Great Tree…for their final Blessing.
