Chapter 4

After the class is over, all the students start leaving the room. That student also starts leaving while looking at Siddharth; only then does she collide with the door of the classroom. Siddharth Maheswari rushes to her to help her, he starts helping her keep her books in her bag. That student was wearing thick glasses, loose pants, and a T-shirt, and she was doing double braids. Looking at her, Siddharth asked, Are you fine? The student said, Yes, I am fine.  Then both stand together and give their introductions to each other.

Siddharth (extends his hand for a handshake) -  Hi I am Sidharth Maheshwari.

Then that student said shaking hands -  Hi I am Naina.

After speaking so much, Naina left the classroom. Siddharth kept looking at her with questioning eyes while leaving.

It was 8:30 pm and Sidharth was reading a book in his flat when someone rang the doorbell. When he opened the door, he saw Dr. Singh standing there, looking very worried. He was sweating and breathing heavily. Sidharth asked him to come inside.

Dr. Singh went to the living room and sat on the sofa. After a while, Sidharth brought him a glass of water. Dr. Singh drank the water and asked Sidharth why he was questioned in front of everyone. He was asked so many questions that he felt like he was taking an exam. He was worried about how he arrived there.

Sidharth smiled and said, "This is just the beginning and you have given up already?"

Dr. Singh stammered, "If I had any idea, I would not have come here. Tell me, how did you manage to escape or did anyone question you?"

Sidharth replied, "Yes, I got caught between teachers and students but I mentioned the Principal's name and got out. What would you like to eat? I am going to cook something."

Dr. Singh replied, "Is there a book about ancient Egyptian mummies? If so, bring it."

Sidharth was shocked and asked again, "What did you say?"

Dr. Singh said, "I think I am going crazy. I should not have come here. Anything will do for now, but if there is a book about ancient Egyptians, please bring it. I have to give a class on it tomorrow, along with ancient India."

Sidharth said, - I was studying for tomorrow and I have only the book on ancient India. You can get the book from the library And in the class, the assignment will be given on Egypt. I did the same thing today and brought a book from the library. Sidharth went to the kitchen after speaking these words.

In the morning at 7:30 am

Sidharth came out of his room with dark circles under his eyes, looking like he hadn't slept all night. When he entered the living room, he was shocked to see Dr. Singh sitting on the floor, surrounded by books. Dr. Singh's eyes were red, and his face was dry.

Sidharth asked if he was okay. Dr. Singh replied, "I am resigning."

Sidharth ( While yawning and scratching his head, he said while going to the kitchen) - "It's only been one day and you are already in this state. You had a lot of desire to come here; I clearly refused. But still, I was sent here."

Dr. Singh asked, "What should I do?"

Sidharth replied, "We can only study until the work is done."

Dr. Singh said, "I feel like a student more than a teacher. I don't want to go crazy."

Sidharth said, "Let's finish the work quickly and leave. Here's your tea."

Dr. Singh asked, "Is it strong? I didn't sleep all night, I was reading books."

Sidharth said, "Same here. I was preparing for the class. Let's finish up and leave, it's time for class."

Dr. Singh asked, "What about breakfast?"

Sidharth replied, "We'll have it on the way."

They both rushed to college and kept their bags in the staff room. When no one was around, they started looking for something in the room.
