Chapter - 9

Milind shook his head with a smile and said - Thanks for believing in me. And thanks for helping me.

Naina became serious and said - Milind, whoever has trapped you, either they have a personal grudge against you or it's a political game because the elections are just one year away, and this could benefit the opposition parties a lot.

Milind: If that's the case, I would have told my Dad about all this.

Naina - There's no use. During the elections, no one will help, and they'll all trap you.

Milind felt dejected and said - So, is there nothing that can be done now?

Naina looked at Milind and said - Milind, don't worry, the game has just begun. Can you do me a favor?

Milind: What?

Naina sipped her cold drink with a serious expression and said - Find out about Sidharth Maheshwari and Dr. Singh.

Milind looked inquisitive, turned to Naina and asked - But why?

Naina looked at Milind and said - Because those two are not the real Sidharth Maheshwari and Dr. Singh.

Milind was shocked and said - What? If they're not the real ones, then who are they? And how did you find out?

Naina-Milind, trust me, even though Sidharth and Dr. Singh have never been seen together and people only know them through their books and research papers, my eyes can never be deceived when it comes to recognizing them. Not many people personally know Sidharth Maheshwari and Dr. Singh. They've taken advantage of that.

  Just then, Milind's phone rang. He answered it; it was a call from the hospital, informing him that Dinakaran had regained consciousness. Milind instructed them to keep this information confidential and to tighten security, not allowing anyone to meet Dinakaran without his permission. After hanging up, he asked Naina to come with him. She agreed, and they left together.

  In another room, Sidharth and Dr. Singh were listening to all of this. Dr. Singh puzzled and somewhat surprised, asked - You said no one would recognize us, and Naina also said no one has seen us. But still, how did she find out?

Sidharth with a serious tone, replied - This proves two things: Milind is not involved in this. He is being framed. Secondly, Dinakaran knew something, which is why he is in the hospital.

  As he said this, Sidharth suddenly got up and headed out of the room. Dr. Singh followed him. Sidharth went to the room where Naina and Milind had been earlier, searching for something. Dr. Singh asked him what he was looking for.

  Sidharth: The chip we planted here.

Sidharth found the chip and put it in his pocket. Dr. Singh asked where they were going. Sidharth simply said they needed to find out more about Dinakaran first. They both went outside and waited for their car.

  Sidharth was silently contemplating: How did Naina know that I'm not Sidharth Maheshwari? Did she recognize me by looking at me? Did she figure it out? No, that's not possible, or she wouldn't have asked Milind to investigate me further. Maybe she's suspicious of Dr. Singh, or perhaps she found out something about us. But the way she was talking, it seemed like she knew Sidharth. But how? Did she meet Sidharth Maheshwari recently? But I had confirmed that Sidharth hadn't come to India yet, and Dr. Singh hadn't met him either. How does she know him?

Sidharth was lost in thought when his car arrived, and both of them got into it and drove away.
