Planning to relocate

Ezra stormed out of his house, slamming the door behind him. He couldn't take it anymore, the argument with Shasa had been too much to handle. He knew he needed to get away, clear his head and figure things out.

He jumped into his car and started the engine, not really knowing where he was going. But as he drove, he found himself subconsciously heading toward Sophia's apartment. And right now, he needed her more than ever.

He pulled up in front of her building, turning off the car and getting out. He walked up the steps and knocked on the door, his heart racing.

Sophia answered the door, her face filled with concern when she saw the look on his face. "Sweetheart, what's wrong?" she asked, stepping back to let him in.

He walked into her apartment, collapsing onto the couch with a heavy sigh. "That Bitch and I got into a huge fight," he said, his voice low.

Sophia sat down next to him, her hand on his back. "What happened?" she asked gently.

Ezra took a deep breath," She did something really bad," Ezra said, his voice trembling slightly. "She slapped the wife of the business mogul that I was supposed to meet with yesterday."

Sophia's eyes widened in shock. "What? Why would she do that?"

Ezra took a deep breath before continuing. "She was always jealous of the man's wife. So She got into a fight with her at the charity event and things got out of hand. The man got so angry that he shut down my company," he lied.

"Is that bitch stupid or what?" Sophia exclaimed, standing up from the chair and pacing back and forth in her living room. "How could she do something so ridiculous?"

Ezra watched as Sophia's frustration boiled over.

Sophia turned to Ezra, her eyes blazing with anger. "Does that mean you have nothing left again and can't marry me?" she asked, her tone biting.

Ezra stood up, taking Sophia's hand, he looked at her and said, "I promise that I will marry you, Sophia. No matter what. I would do anything for you, Sophia. I love you."

Sophia smiled through her tears, her heart overflowing with love.

I have an idea," he said, "What if we sell my house and use the money to relocate out of this country? To somewhere more affordable and peaceful?"

Sophia's eyes widened in surprise. "Your house? Are you sure you want to do that?"

Ezra nodded. "I've thought about it. I don't love that Bitch. It's you I love and I would do anything to be with you forever. We don't need a big wedding," he said, looking into Sophia's eyes. "We just need each other. Once we relocate, we can start planning our future together."

Sophia's eyes glistened with tears as she leaned in to kiss Ezra. "I love you," she said. Ezra kissed her back. After they broke their kiss Sophia touched Ezra's face smiling, "I can't wait, Ezra," she said, her voice filled with joy. "Let's do this."

Ezra scooped Sophia up in his arms and carried her to her bedroom, eliciting giggles from her all the way. Once they were inside, he gently laid her on the bed and crawled up beside her, propping himself up on his elbow so that he could look down into her sparkling eyes.

He reached out to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear, and Sophia turned her face into his touch, sighing contentedly. "I can't believe we're doing this," she said, her voice low and husky. "It's like a dream come true."

Ezra smiled down at her, his heart swelling with love. "It's not a dream, Sophia. It's real. And it's only the beginning. Once my plan works we will be happily married away from that Bitch and her troubles."

He leaned in to kiss her, his lips warm and soft against hers. Sophia responded eagerly, her arms winding around his neck as she pulled him closer. They kissed deeply, lost in their own little world, the rest of the world fading away into insignificance.

When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless, their hearts pounding in their chests. Ezra looked down at Sophia, his eyes filled with a mixture of love and awe.

"I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you," he said, his voice filled with sincerity.

Sophia's eyes shone with tears as she gazed up at him. "I feel the same way," she said, her voice choked with emotion. "I can't imagine my life without you."
