You feel pretty apprehensive about Dina. You're not totally sure why, but you just don't know if you can trust her. Maybe that will change; but all you know for now is that you'd rather rely on yourself than anyone else.
As for your new neighbors, you feel like you've already made a pretty good first impression on Maxie and Zoe. That's after you've barely even gotten used to the idea of having neighbors. Of course, you're not really sure what your relationship with them could be like, but you're sure that if you wanted to, you could definitely get to know them better.

You're not quite sure. You know you used to be friends—but after spending so long away, what does that make you now?
Thinking back to the few minutes you spent sitting on the wall together last night, you realize you don't know anything about this Tobias. Whoever he used to be when you would run around your grandma's yard together is as distant now as the person you were back then. You didn't even remember who he was until yesterday; can you really say he's your friend if he's been more or less a total stranger for eleven years?
With all this going through your head, you force yourself to take a deep breath and remind yourself that a single day in town is nothing compared to all the time you have ahead of you. Anything can happen; and it's up to you to decide for yourself what you want to happen in that time.
