The Funeral

I woke up screaming. I was drenched in sweat. My hands were shaking. I looked around the room; no one was present. I got out of bed. I went toward the door. There was silence in the house.

I open the door a little and peep outside. No one was there. Sunlight was coming through the door. Because of which there was light in the house. The sunlight hits the ground as I go down the stairs. I had a slight pain in my head. I sat on the chair near me.

So, I heard a girl's voice. I turned my face and saw a young girl standing in front of me. She was staring at me. I nodded my head. Suddenly, I heard Alberta's voice.

"I have told you. Go and call your father and bring him," Alberta said while appearing from behind the wall. As soon as his eyes fall on me. "You get up and go to your room. Get dressed quickly. Because we have to go to the funeral," Alberta said.
