Chapter 28

Shocked Dae-Seong asked her to check the year.

She checked and told him the year.

He was stunned as he realized that was the exact year the accident had occurred.

His eyes swelled in tears while the woman looked up at him after seeing the computer, and he rubbernecked at Ara. His tears-swelled eyes ferreted out her different glamour eyes, and he emphasized at her through the transparent glass door as he faltered.

The glass door was only transparent from the inside; people outside couldn't look through it.

He sniveled as he smiled in pain while his eyes emphasized her, who was sitting in the waiter's place.

"Are you okay, Mr. Dae-Seong?" The woman asked him after seeing his trembling hands and his gulping throat.

He turned to the woman, stood up, and bowed down to the ground as he expressed so much gratitude to her.

She was shocked, stood up, and rushed to him, asking, "What are you doing, Mr.Dae-Seong?" and lifted him by holding his shoulder, saying, "Stand up first!"

He stood up and held her hands together gently, and his tearful eyes thanked him delightfully, as she was surprised to see him like that.

"It's okay, I'm your fan too!" She said.

He chuckled and wiped the tears from his soft eyes. And then he took out the check from his pants pocket after smearing his wet hands on his shirt.

He gently handed the check to her as she received it. They thanked each other, "Thank you so much!"

"One second!" He said that, put the mask on, and came out of the office room. He rushed to the car as Do-Yun and Ara stood up, expecting some words from him.

He came back with the three big carry bags full of dark chocolates and biscuits while Do-Yun was handshaking her in the waiting hall like he had been introducing himself to her.

He put those on the sitting table, bowed politely, and informed them, "I have brought snacks for 500 students only. Sorry about this."

"It's okay, but chocolates?" She was bewildered and, at the same time, showed worry on her face. All of the playing students peered at her from outside.

"This is all dark chocolate, not normal chocolate!" He informed them while Do-Yun and Ara were listening to them with a smile.

"Ask us anything if you want. This is my contact number." Dae-Seong handed her his card.

She received it without any hesitation.

Then they bowed to her before coming out of the waiting hall.

All of the students moved inside as they passed them. Ara followed Dae-Seong, and Do-Yun walked behind them.

At the time, Do-Yun tingled on the little boy's head who was running inside by crossing him and muttering, "How dare you snatch back the flower from her?"

But that child didn't consider him because the food was only visible to his eyes.

After they reached the car, when Do-Yun opened the front seat door, Dae-Seong commented, "Go back!" He turned to Ara, who was about to sit in the back seat, and he said, "Come front!"

Do-Yun pouted and complained, "Why?"

"Do what I say!" Dae-Seong said this and sat in the driver's seat as Ara looked at both of them.

Then Ara came to the front seat, and she clicked her brows at Do-Yun mockingly.

He pushed out his angry breath through his nose while sitting in the back seat.

"Put the seatbelt on!" Do-Yun commented to both of them after he started the engine.

The sun was going to set, and he turned and asked Do-Yun and Ara, who were looking outside of the window as the air blew their hair up in the same sync, "Want to see the sunset?"

They rubbernecked at him at the same time and in the same style, and they nodded with the same cheerful energy.

Then he drove to the seaside. After that, they got out of the car and admired the light orange sun that was about to go into the sea.

Dae-Seong smiled, and his foot halted right next to the car as he admired Ara and Do-Yun, who was walking towards the seaside with swaying hairs that were blown by the evening's chilly wind.

And he covered his eyes as his face became shy at seeing his sister after many years, and his eyes were disturbed with tears as he realized that his sister hadn't died and that he was admiring her in front of his living soul.

After that, Do-Yun threw the juice bottles at them after calling their names, and they turned to him.

They caught it perfectly and sat down on the seashore, admiring the sunset, and Dae-Seong also joined them as his mouth sipped the juice.

In Ara's bookstore, there are a lot of gifts, snacks, and cool drinks that he received as gifts from his fans. He asked them not to take photos of him and requested that they not reveal this on social media.

They had excitingly purchased books and received autographs as he chomped snacks in his mouth, and the cashier's drawer filled with money.

And after the sunset, the night sky slowly appeared. They left from there, and the car was going along the highway.

The time reached 7:00 p.m. Do-Yun halted the car to have dinner.

That was a crowded restaurant that seemed like a poor restaurant, and that was on the highway's sidewalk side.

Do-Yun queried as soon as he noticed the crowded restaurant, "What if someone finds us?"

"Don't you see the crowd?" Dae-Seong chimed and ordered, "Put your mask on and hat!"

They went inside and sat next to the window.

And then they ordered in the noisy crowd after settling in. Do-Yun and Ara sat together, facing Dae-Seong, who was settled in the opposite seat to them at the same table.

Do-Yun took ice water from Ara's side and drank it while her little feared face checked around the crowd once for her safety.

Dae-Seong went to the restroom, leaving them alone.

Ara's bewildered face became furious after she saw Do-Yun drinking her ice water. So she stretched her hand to take his iced water. But he blocked her hand while drinking the water and put down the glass on the table as Ara frowned at him.

He took his side of ice water and drank it as Ara kept frowning at him.

She bit her teeth in fury and tapped the drinking glass while he was scornfully drinking it.

So the water spilled on the table, but his hand was holding the glass tightly to prevent it from falling. He was sitting on the window side.

She normalized her face after Dae-Seong came and sat in front of them, while Do-Yun frowned at her as he put down the glass harshly on the table.

The food had arrived at their table. Then they started to have a nice dinner.

At the time, Dae-Seong noticed that Ara was sitting on the side where people go and come. So there was a lot of chance that someone pumped on her while she was eating.

As his mind thought, the two drunken men are walking along the way, and their feet are dancing, unable to walk straight.

When those men were about to pass them with a shaking walk, he stretched his hand over her side, protecting her from their touch as his hand was four inches from her shoulder.

She looked to the side and leaned a little closer toward Do-Yun as Dae-Seong protected her from them.

Then, frightened, Ara smiled at him politely and started to eat. He smiled back, too.

So Dae-Seong's face turned to Do-Yun, who was eating without considering anyone, and he commented, "Do-Yun, switch seats with Ara."

Ara looked up at Dae-Seong, bewildered, and turned to Do-Yun, who frowned at her.

Ara was looking at him like she hadn't done anything wrong to him.

"Switch seats with her!" Dae-Seong sounded like an order.

He bit his teeth angrily and stood up, chomping the meat like he was expressing so much anger at Innocent Ara, who sat in his seat.
